The work done was quality. It’s held up very nicely. I had it done in December and it looks good as new still. I’m very happy.

People were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience. The only thing that was a little frustrating was that I had to call for updates. The estimated time of completion passed and I was paying for a rental at the time, and I called late in the day the day after I was supposed to have it back, and they told me that they had to do additional work, which was a little frustrating. Not that the work had to be done (the person who hit me was paying for the repairs) but that it wasn’t communicated.

My truck was scheduled 3 weeks in advance it took almost 3 weeks to get it back never could give me an honest update until the last call I made they told me they did not get the work done on time so they missed there appt at linex. Then they took my truck to linex and dropped it off. I called and asked when it would be done and they said let me call linex. They called linex and linex said because of it being freshly painted they could not touch my truck for six weeks! How is this not known and if I didn’t call my truck woulda simply sat at linex for six weeks. Totally disorganized and very displeased with the service. I will never take business there again.
