I had chills when I saw the completed repair... wow! Wait it gets better😊👏 I unlocked my vehicle. Looked inside... what? My car looks brand new. My dog and I are usually together. I was embarrassed becauseven with the cover on the back seat hairs were every where. Hairs are gone!! I can't stop smiling. "OUTSTANDING DETAILING." The office staff is pleasant. You folks do phenomenal work. Had I gone elsewhere, my car would have been totaled and I would have been down fecal creek without a paddle.

I was told 5-7 days for the work. It ended up taking four weeks. I don't mind the delay, it is what it is, but I would have made other arrangements if the initial estimate had a) been closer to actual repair time & b) if I had been informed of delay(s). Instead I had to call every week asking for ETA.
