Tom was very helpful and answered all of my questions about car repair process as well as assisting with issues encountered with Enterprise Rental agency. Also, I had anticipated running late from work [home care registered nurse] and not able to pick up car until after hours and female office member [sorry I forgot her name as I spoke with her on car phone] was very helpful with coordinating pick up and offered to take rental car back to Enterprise. All in all, very pleased with level of customer service offered as well as quality of repair. I would recommend TJ's Auto Body to anyone.
