Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Lizzie reassured me that the cost of the additional days of the rental car would not be my responsibility. Tom made sure the paint on my rocker panel was redone, since it did not meet his or my expectations. I appreciate Tom's attention to detail. Great customer service!
