They've made me come in twice, and they still haven't delivered the car. Some of their repairs are of very low quality. I thought my insurance policy guaranteed me new, original parts. However, with the car's rims, they only tried to paint them, but the scratches are still there and visible. I had to return the rental car because the 30 days had already passed. If not, I would have had to cover the extra days as well. I completely disagree with this, because Nationwide sent me to that place. Today I am filling out this satisfaction form without even having the car.

Though it took longer than the three days, they cleaned the inside of the car extremely well. It looked great when I picked up my car.

Repairs were not completed; unsafe vehicle was released to me; my ID was not verified nor did I sign anything when I picked it up & no paperwork was given to me

I will say everybody was very pleasant when I spoke with them! When I arrived to pick up my van the door was opened, keys handed to me, then closed & locked without verifying my ID, having me sign anything or handing me any paperwork. I understand they wanted to close early for the holiday weekend. When I expressed difficulty in getting there when they wanted, it should've been rescheduled.

Initial contact with an employee, Alex, was pleasant but he did not communicate the ongoing process or provide updates. My experience with Liz was excellent and she provided explanation and was very professional. I appreciated meeting Tom, the owner who reassured me. Actually seeing my car and having things explained by Rod was very helpful. Very happy with the service and repair.
