Well, I didn't say I was "completely" satisfied! ...but pretty close. My only disappointment was the younger man at the front desk. Either he is new or he needs retraining. His customer service skills are lacking. Fortunately for TJ's the woman that works the front desk more than makes up for him. The work done and color match looks really good and the car detailing is a really nice touch. I will recommend!

I would have given customer service a 10 based upon my interactions with the young woman at the front desk, however I think Alex needs a little assistance with the job.

You guys were good and even accommodated my nyc trip. Job well done, although I will say the fuel cap feels thinner than before (and also slight smoke smell in the car but should be gone soon)

The staff at Tj's are always so helpful, curiou, knowledgeable and very professional. There were a few things we had to finish ourselves. The door rubber was hanging on bottom of door. Also the shift lock cover is missing.
