A few months have ensued due to obtaining parts for the car and/or my availability due to medical issues. However, Jose Prosperous, the Manager, has gone out of his way to accommodate me and is still in the process of servicing my car.

Too many issues to write here. Unbelievable amount of time wasted waiting for car at pickup when we were told it was ready. Poor communication with insurance company on rates/cost. I could go on and on

I want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the staff at Tamiami Collision, especially my coordinator, Alicia Bingham. She put in an extraordinary effort to get the appropriate payment from my insurance company, aggressively pursued ways to reduce my out-of-pocket expense which included processing accumulated FordPass points which is something I had never done and using debit card payment rather than credit card payment to avoid unnecessary expense for me. She embodies what I believe customer care should be because she as an example of a customer advocate who provides extra care to deserving customers. Good job Alicia and Tamiami Collision.

My 2022 Bronco was rear ended 2/15/23 dropped of the next day at Tamiami Collision Center. I was told it was ready Friday 3/3/2023. When I arived to pay the insurance deductible to Tamiami Collision Center the truck not to my expectations. The tailgate does not line up, some small trim was missing, the license plate was falling off and the license plate bracket was broken, damaged and flapping loose. I was told it was like that when it was dropped off, and I would be finding more imperfectionsas I would be looking for them now These were not from the crash. Of course, it was hit and you were paid to fix it. I was told it was like that and it would be fine. When asked about the tailgate, I was told they did not take it off. I was charged for its removal and replacement! I will be fixing the tailgate alignment, replacing the license plate bracket, and secure the wheel well liners properly. Incredible disappointment, horrible communication, ie, no calls returned, and no response to emails, that is all I received. Never again.
