There is a vacuum hose on n the drivers side of the rear axle that is not connected on one end and two tabs on the plastic part of rear bumper near the license plate are not fastened to metal bumper. One bolt to anchor rear seer was not screwed down which I did myself.

It's a bad time to be in an accident! Parts and labor are at an all time shortage! 6 months to fix a vehicle is unacceptable!

Poor service because I was a women. My car is not fixed like it was before the wreck. Noone listened to what to look at for my car. They did not fix everything that was wrong. They 8nstalled a door handle that is scratched. My underside is trailing on the road they did not fix it. I had to prove they did not install the keyless entry, even though the passanger side had keyless entry. Lee the mamger told me I was not telling him the truth. Do not ever use this shop

I am telling everyone to not use this shop. I called the GM, but he has not bothered to call me back. I also filed a complaint with Ford.
