In addition to collision repairs we perform mechanical repairs, glass replacement and limited towing services For your convenience, we have Enterprise rental vehicles on site to accommodate your rental reservation. I have taken two cars there so far for collision repairs and this shop is amazing in every way! From the time you drop your car off and when you pick it up, they make sure you are updated and in the know of their process. Their customer service is top notch! We have used Taneytown Collision in the past, and they have always been quick, well-priced, and very friendly (plus there are two very sweet doggos to greet you when you get there!) I had been rear ended and when we called Taneytown Collision to get my repair done, they worked with my insurance, ensured that everything was covered and that all I would have to pay was the deductible, and they got my car in and out in a very timely manner. They also cleaned the interior of my car, gave me an estimate for other issues I had asked them to check in my car, and painted over a scratch (unrelated to the accident) for me on my car—free of charge. Their customer service, timeliness, quality of work, and the overall way they run their business are all nothing short of amazing. 10000/10 recommend this place for any of your car needs. They are absolutely fantastic and extremely accommodating.
