Disappointed that the car was not ready for pick up at thee we time given. Told 4-4:30 and not ready until after 6 on a Friday. Also had to make an extra trip over to pay for it because closed Saturday and excess fees for using credit card.

Would be a 10 but I was not called back after leaving message on two occasions. Thatsore on the office end of things. However when I did interact with front office they were very nice. I just had questions left message twice and was never called back.
