I went to pick up my RAV4 that I was told was done and it wasn't. A part was missing from the front (there was a hole!!) plus there were still scuff marks in a couple places and another area that I was told was probably just buffing (cream maybe) - but yet it was still there. Also the fender area parts were not flush. It's back now.

I was told my vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up. When I got there, I noticed right away that a piece on the front was still missing. After a closer look, I could see that the bumper was still scratched, another part on the front was still dented and the replaced part was not flush as well.
