My husband had decided on your company as he was told that some scratches would fix and painted and we would have to pay All state rates for labor around $300 . After we left the car we were told that the the charge would be $600 . He spoke to them to ask if they would fix it for $400 as the car was there . The lady said it is not possible so for $200 you have a customer who should have taken it another shop that had agreed to fix it for $300 .

The repair was well done. It took longer and cost more than I expected, but my experience with these repairs was out of date. I have read in the New York Times and in the Wall Street Journal that these repairs are taking longer and costing more than in the past.

Team collision did a good job at storing my vehicle's body to pre-collision conditions. Staff is friendly and keep us informed of repairing status. However it takes about two week to complete their job. But still happy with their work.
