The repair work is not complete. I must return in May for a clear coat. The actual damage repair was excellent but the communication was a problem. I repeatedly told you that I (Julia) should be the point of contact yet only my husband was contacted. This led to months of delay and frustration. I chose Toyota to do this work but I may not in the future.
