Some of the damage wasn't repaired and the door they replaced needs an extra shove to close properly

Had to return with the car as they did not put a strip back on the bumper/ base of wheel as was removed and on the other side of the vehicle

Team Collision is absolutely the best! From the time I arrived. They turned an unpleasant experience into a very pleasant result. The service writer estimator Ewelina, did a great job of writing up the damage estimate and was a very nice person to deal with.The work was done to perfection,the paint work by Tom the painter was a perfect match,I could not expected better then what I received.I would like to thank the whole team at Team Collision for a job well done.I would recommend this center to everyone I know.*****five stars

When it comes to the repairs, Team Collision did replace my driver's side door and mirror. However, upon receiving my car after over a month without driving it, I discovered the car did not actually start; it needed to be jumped for me to actually make it home (this was not a problem prior to giving my car to Team Collision, nor a result of the accident). Additionally, my driver's side window now shakes when I am in the process of rolling it up, and I noticed the driver's side air bag cover was not fitted properly as well.

While the main receptionist was very helpful and communicative throughout the process, overall I have mixed feelings. For starters, when I walked back into Team Collision to let them know that my car wasn't starting, I was essentially met with a shoulder shrug by another member of the team. "Maybe it is the battery, you'll have to take it in for service," is what I was told. I was so confused, because my battery was fine prior to bringing the car in, and was in no way affected by the collision. I came to find out whoever was working on the car clearly did not take care to turn the lights off or shut the door while they were working on the car. Now I am left dealing with an entirely new issue.

The body work is good. My only complaint is the vibration in the left front wheel. I did not notice any vibration before the accident. Team Toyota service advisor documented that I need a brake job and rotors.. I will have them perform the service this week.
