As mentioned before the first time I went there the level of immaculate detail was top notch. This past experience has me wondering, if the level of detail is due to the individual who assisted me and not the facility itself.

I've had my car repaired before and was completely satisfied, the level of attention and detail was immaculate, which was the reason why I had my car repaired at this specific facility. This past reason I had to have my front windshield replaced, however, the stickers were placed randomly in front, and the inspection sticker was reused from the previous window, leaving a tattered and worn appearance, which didn't match the new repairs. Additionally, the facility claimed to have washed the car, button pickup and see water stains all over the vehicle as if left outside to dry.

They had me bring the vehicle in on a Monday, but did not start the work till Thursday. I could’ve at least used the vehicle in the interim if I had known it wasn’t gonna be started by then.
