Everybody I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful in getting my car completely repaired. Team Collision was awesome - from Luz & Jessica at the front desk to those in the repair shop. The car (Honda Accord) looks better than ever. Thank you all very much. In addition, Team Collision's co-ordination with Enterprise Car Rental helped me out alot, as Enterprise dropped off rental car at Team Collision, and picked up their rental car from Team Collision, when I returned it to pick up my repaired car. My contacts with Enterprise were Andy (in the office) and Justin, who dropped rental car off at Team Collision and was responsible for finalizing my payment obligation to Enterprise. Also, the co-ordination among Team Collision, Enterprise, and NJM made this whole process so very easy for me. My Claim Representative at NJM was Charles Curcio, who helped to make this whole process seamless - by basically setting it in motion and monitoring it the whole way. Thank you all so very much. I appreciate all the effort and work you did to take care of me and my car.
