Quality seems fine. Process was a pain.

Ended up with lifting the score to four because they ended up giving me a free loaner car for the last 1.5 weeks of repairing. In total they had my car for more than 1.5 months. All follow up was done by me calling - not Toyota informing me. None of the projected finish dates were met. And again I only found out by calling myself. They need to proactively tell me when there is a delay, keep up the pace whenever the ball is with them.
