The fact that my tire is obviously faulty due to the accident and that the body shop is saying it’s because it’s old is ridiculous. They called wanting me to purchase new ones. If they were “old” then there would be issues with the others and not just the one that was part of the accident. I feel that they were just out to get money out of me.

I had two separate claims with AAA and they only completed the repairs for one of them. I even mentioned it when I dropped off the truck to be repaired and they still missed it. Also when I came to pick up the truck they just gave me a paper to sign without even taking me out to the truck to show me the repairs that had been completed. The repairs that were done looked great but they need better skills in dealing with customers.

They did a very good job on my repairs, but didn't do the repair on the bumper as I had two separate insurance claims.

When I came to pick up the truck they asked me to sign papers to take my vehicle. I told them I wasn't signing papers until I seen the repairs. Not sure why they didn't walk me out to the truck to review the repairs before asking me to sign. So I went by myself to look at the repairs to my truck. When I came back in I asked why the repair to the front bumper hadn't been done. I reminded them that I had mentioned it when I dropped the truck off to be repaired. They now have to order the part and I need to bring my truck back in a second time.

It took 3 weeks to get my car fixed and it had to go back because something wasn’tput together right. I have a loud rattle. I have to go without a vehicle until they fix it or pay for a rental out of pocket. I’m just not happy this time. Plus I have to take my car on my own time to get the window tint back on and you were paid for it.
