We dropped it off on May 20th for a windshield replacement. Didn’t get it back until May 30th because you guys broke something inside the vehicle during the replacement. Windshield looks great. Glad you guys owned up to breaking something inside the car. Not very impressed that it took over a week for what was supposed to be a simple repair. I understand that you guys had to wait for the part to come in, but half the time when we called to check on our vehicle the person that answered had no idea what was happening to our car. One guy told us it was ready when it wasn’t because they were unaware that something had been broken inside the car. I feel like there should be a notes section for anyone working there to read if there has been issues with a car, so everyone is informed when they answer the phones. Again, glad you guys were honest about breaking something, but not impressed that it happened in the first place.

I personally like the service person. I just needed some kind of accurate update from shop about when my vihicle would be done. This wasnt us waiting on parts. It was saying will be done friday and me calling friday pm then monday, then tues each time spenting my time to be told yes it will be ready then no it wont. If i knew it going to be done next tues- i would plan for that.
