My car was in the shop for 5 days and when I picked it up the paint color was wrong. The painter was off last week and so we have to take my car back today to have the color fixed. I did not have rental coverage on my car. So now I am going to be out of a vehicle, with 4 kids, for another 2-3 days.

This is 2nd time y'all have had to fix my Kia Borrego and I don't think Kia could have done any better. Totally satisfied. Your employees and their customer service is awesome from every department. All the ones I came in contact with spoke to me first, asking if I needed help and one salesman found me wondering around on the body side, looking for service and he took the time to walk me to service dept and checked back on me to be sure all was good which it was!! You're employees are smiling, just happy to be there. That means lots to me
