I have never experienced such excellent customer service. My car looks like new, and the work was completed in three days. From my first phone call when I spoke to Laurie , and when I brought in my car and saw Joe, I could not be more impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and kindness. Initially I was just taking my car to your shop for an estimate for Farmers Insurance, and fully intended to use an auto body shop near my home that I have always used in the past. My rear bumper was repaired. It was just a minor scratch. After getting the car back my rear bumper proximity sensor is no longer working. It was working when I dropped it off.
