Moises and John manipulated the situation and kept the car way longer by delaying reports to the insurance company. In the end they gave the insurance a bill for over $6,000. When I called Hyundai to inform of the accident, when I pressed option 5 on the menu it send me to this collision center. I thought they were professionals because they were endorsed by Hyundai dealer. It was a nightmare for me and Geico communicating with them. To the point that I had to get tough and firm with them on the phone. Very dishonest people. Hyundai should partner with companies that mimic the excellent service they provided us. This people from Tech Center collision, defensively very shady characters.

1. I was promised that my vehicle will be repainted as a whole when various areas of my car were not repainted. 2. Parts of my vehicle were not attached correctly I now have to re-attach those parts myself. 3. There are several areas of my vehicle where glue was used and never cleanup properly. 3. Poor paint finished inside door frames, i can feel rougness on the paint inside the door frames. 4. Original estimate didn't inclued an accurate breakdown (labor, materials, taxes, etc.) When i when to pay i was asked to pay a different amount shown on the original estimate.
