Please know that an 8 is a positive rating and does not indicate any issues with the service provided. I highly valued the updates from John and found the vehicle progress photos to be beneficial in understanding the entire process. Overall, I am satisfied with these aspects. However, there were instances where I felt uninformed and had to initiate contact regarding pick up and drop off times. To enhance the experience, it would be ideal during these rare occurrences, if you could take a more proactive approach in these communications. But it truly was a pleasure working with John on a day to day basis, and with Armando throughout this process. Thank you!

Sure, I had to cancel my claim (due to the supplemental that almost put my car from a "Total Loss") in order to rescue my car. I had to pay the car rental and lose my 1st check, therefore no repairs were done. I was pleased that John issued me half the estimate amount back by check and Moises convinced to fight to get the check back (he's a gentleman), the insurance agreed to reinstate the check and it should arrive soon.
