I recently took my 2023 RAV4 adventure to this establishment to have some body work done after being rear ended. It was in their shop about 2 weeks. I was updated along the way about the progress and the estimated time for the work to be completed. When my car was done it looked brand new again. They even went further to buff out a tiny scratch on the rear door which has nothing to do with the initial accident. The car has been thoroughly detailed and cleaned before it was returned to me. The staff was friendly and professional. I am overall very pleased and impressed with the work they did for me, to say the least. I would definitely seek them out again if I ever found my self in a similar predicament. I highly recommend anybody getting body work done at this specific establishment if they have been in an accident. They were pinnacle in processing the claim and handling all the hard work on the financial end of things. They made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. Good Job tech collision, you guys are doing numbers.

The paint on the lift gat had residual dry running drips on it that kind of made the paint job look funny. Bearable but just a little disappointed

Nancy was absolutely amazing and did a much better job than the Toyota of Orange service department, in my opinion. She explained everything to me whereas Toyota of Orange did not.
