I had both sides of my Lexus repaired at Ted’s. I’ve used them in the past and have never been disappointed.Staff was courteous and professional and repairs were done timely. They pointed out that my insurance also covered a rental car. My car looks brand new with no hint of work being done.

Took a long time, Called for updates but it seems like they weren’t correct because I was suppose to get my car like yesterday but then I call the next day and tell me they’re still waiting for another part

I have to say, for going to get my car fixed, this was a great experience. Tony is honest, hardworking and went above and beyond for me. Going in I was a little nervous because this is the first time I’ve had to get my car fixed and going into an auto body show as a girl not knowing or understanding anything. He didn’t over charge me and actually gave me options. I live in NYC, but if I do evert need my car fixed, I would certainly drive out to Chicago yo have him fix my car, 100%
