Thanks to all of you for fixing our car. Everyone was soooo kind and helpful, we truly appreciate all you did. We had damage to our front bumper, Tender Car made it look like new again. I've read some negative reviews on line. We'll, I look at it this way. It's a tough world out there now. Yes you might have to wait a little longer to get your car, maybe things won't go as smoothly as you planned. But I do know one thing, Jon, Rick, Mike, they care about their customers. It might take longer, but they will make sure your car is fixed properly, they make it look new again. In the process, they are kind and they keep you posted every step of the way. I give them a good recommendation. Thank you.

I have requested a letter from Tender Car for reimbursement for my rental car. In this letter i need it to state the dates they had the car, why it took so long for the repairs, dates the parts were order and received, the date the repairs were completed and the date the car was picked up. I have requested this letter to be sent to me as I would like to be the one to send it t the insurance company. I have emailed Kelsey Petrie many times 6/10, 6/13, 6/25, 6/27, and 7/3. She did state she tried to call the insurance company but didnt get a call back this is why I requested the letter. The rental I was only paid for 10 day but I had the car for over 40 days due to the repairs taking that long. This company communication is very lacking. They take on more cars then they can handle. The service has been far then par. I am requesting this letter as the rental I am out 2000.
