We are a family owned and operated shop that has been in business for 20 years and work with all Insurance Companies. We have a 18,000 sq. ft. shop on a 3.5 acre fenced in lot. Other than collision repair, we offer other services such as glass replacement, paint less dent repair, complete vehicle refinish with a lifetime warranty, window motor and door switch repair, computerized alignments, tire rotation and balancing, new tires and 24 hour towing. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We pride ourselves in customer service. After a job is complete we send out a letter thanking you for your business and reminding you if you have a problem with your repair to please contact us. Also we call you to check on you about two weeks after you have picked your car up to make sure you have not had any problems with our work. We love our customers and have one rule that we strive to complete everyday and that is "The Golden Rule" - Because We Care!!

60 days in a rental car, 4 rental cars, 4 times I was told the car was ready (Made 4 trips/50 mile round trip) and it wasn't and still not fixed. Russ told me I was picky, hard to work with, I would never be happy, and I needed to go elsewhere. Several times he raised his voice at me. Told me I had problems and needed to sit down and think about it, and that someone we knew together through this experience laughed and told Russ I can't be pleased when he asked him if I could. Extremely poor management and customer service. Extremely poor job, and Russ will not take ownership. Very stressful. Hatchback/Tailgate won't close properly. Glass throughout the car. Back quarter left side, hood incorrect. Multiple issues. Dirty, tire cover covered in corroison, striker wrong. Accusing me of taking my car to mulitple shops, and he has to come behind them. Going to another shop. This shop has wasted my time, State Farm's money, and has had no regard or respect for me while I am injured and seeing multiple doctors and therapists. No quality control. No active inspections before notifying me the car was ready. Glass in striker. Striker bent. Hosing type material lining the striker on right was smashed, replace and still doesnt look like left side. New back bumper was put on the car scratched 1st time I came. Russ said it must have gotten messed up in the box but they still put it on the car. Used back glass 1st installed that had dings in it. Just shoddy work. Told to go somewhere else twice that he had finished the work.

Extremely poor and abusive. Very stressful 2 months. Wasted hours, gas, and full of stress. Not sleeping, feeling anxious. Have had to spend hours learning parts and trying to figure out what might be wrong. I have spent 5 hours today talking too and emailing Russ, talking to State Farm, changing body shops and now filling out this information. I haven't eaten all day and have been upset and stressed.
