We are a family owned and operated shop that has been in business for 20 years and work with all Insurance Companies. We have a 18,000 sq. ft. shop on a 3.5 acre fenced in lot. Other than collision repair, we offer other services such as glass replacement, paint less dent repair, complete vehicle refinish with a lifetime warranty, window motor and door switch repair, computerized alignments, tire rotation and balancing, new tires and 24 hour towing. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We pride ourselves in customer service. After a job is complete we send out a letter thanking you for your business and reminding you if you have a problem with your repair to please contact us. Also we call you to check on you about two weeks after you have picked your car up to make sure you have not had any problems with our work. We love our customers and have one rule that we strive to complete everyday and that is "The Golden Rule" - Because We Care!!

I have kept my 2000 GMC Sierra truck in good condition over the years. Until I noticed where it had been damaged in the drivers side rear. I would like to think Mr. Jason Parks and the Entire Staff of Tenneson Collision for the (outstanding repairs) done to my 25 year old GMC truck. The entire staff was very polite, and made sure that I was notified on every turn. Being new to the area here in Tifton, I was unsure where to take any Auto or truck repair. I am satisfied with my service. The only note to make is I had to call the center multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. Communication about what was going on was not the best, but everything else was great!
