Although it took a bit longer than I had hoped, the quality of the repair was outstanding. I don’t know why they removed my HOV sticker from the driver’s side rear of the car. It was not an area impacted by the accident. I don’t know how to reapply it since the sticky substance used to adhere it to the car is no longer viable. I left a message for Juan for suggestions on how to reapply the sticker.

Juan went on vacation the day after I dropped off my car so I don’t think much was done until he got back. I could have held onto the car until they were actually ready to work on it.
