Great to work with. There was definitely parts and scheduling issues to deal with during the crazy problems from the pandemic, but Terry’s communicated well and made sure all repairs were done to my satisfaction.

The work was estimated to take about 3 days yet 7 days later no work had been done and I had to rent a car for an additional 5 days. Then on Friday morning 2/4 I was told the car is being "detailed and inspected" and I collected it later in the afternoon. I looked at the repair and it looked good, however when i looked at it in the sunlight this morning (Saturday 2/5) I was really disappointed to find that the whole of the interior of the car was full of dust and debris created while the repair was in progress. The repair to the rear door is good but there is overspray from the clear coat on the bottom of the quarter panel adjacent to the door repair. It's a shame that your people did not take the time to do a proper inspection and clean the car before handing it over to me. The actual door repair and the color match is excellent. One more thing, I was really surprised that you were not willing to provide me with a small amount of touch up paint - I spent many years in the autobody industry and this is a first. especially when your reason for not being able to provide me with touch up paint was that you add hardener to the paint !! We used to add hardener to body fillers not paint !!

Customer service was excellent! Both Glynn & Edgar stood by their promises, kept me informed, and completed repairs in a timely, professional manner. Providing a ride to pick up my car was hugely appreciated as well. Very impressed with Terry's Auto Body!!
