The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process and handled everything smoothly. I went to Terry’s for a 2nd quote on body damage to my Subaru which I was paying out of pocket for. It came in $1600 less than the 1st quote I received. Jeremy actually looked for ways to reduce the estimate cost. Terry’s is a stand up business that made me feel like I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Both Jeremy and Glynn were super personable but I’d come back just to hang out with that hunk of an office dog any day!! Also, my car was ready two days before I expected. I’ll recommend your shop to anyone who could use your services!

Great company, outstanding customer service, the dent they repaired has been completely removed, you even can’t tell where it was originally. The company has been around 70 years from what I was told. I would, will refer them to family and friends.
