The entire staff at Terry’s is wonderful! Knowledgeable & incredibly helpful. They helped me organize an insurance claim, called a rental agency, to secure a car, and kept me informed via texts &/or phone calls regarding any updates or changes to my service. I lease my vehicle. My dealership gave me a few referrals. I got a return phone call with in minutes of my leaving a message at Terry’s, and an appointment for the following business day. I called all the shops on the list—the rest took over 24 hours to return a call. I had the most interactions with Mike and Taylor—they both went above and beyond with their customer service. Very happy with the service provided. However, very concerned and uncomfortable with staff in office NOT wearing face masks. Covid is serious. I’m a senior. It is disrespect to me for staff not to wear a mask. I respect them by wearing a mask.
