Thank you Ben and Glynn for keeping me informed along the way! I really appreciate the help with rental car arrangements too. My explorer looks brand new again and I’m so impressed with the care you took, for example you replaced parts like the “st line” logo that I wouldn’t have asked for. This was my first brand new vehicle and first accident so I was so bummed about the whole thing, but your work and communication made it better. I will definitely recommend you!
