Ben wants very positive and getting it respired. He was very polite, always communicating with updates. Very timely repair was done. And he made it work with in ALL STATE allowed budget. Glenn was polite, respectful and clear on communication billing and Warrenty. The office was clean and had refreshments and coffee. The shop is very easy to access. Thankful they took take of the car repair in an awesome way. I can refer them to other friends, family and ci workers.

Great work from the shop: 100% satisfied. Ben was positive and very good on updates and communicating. He Very professional, polite and kept the good time on presided repair date. Gyenn was professional al in billing, warrenty and all office admin things. Office was clean, and has coffee and refreshment. I am thankful be careful was repaired and looks great. I have known about Terry’s growing up in Oceanside. I have always heard excellent reviews about the quality of their repairs. When my grandson’s car was vandalized, and we were choosing a car repair company, and saw Terry’s Auto Body and Paint as a choice, I did not hesitate to choose them.
