I will say one thing I’m especially appreciative of is the detailing job on the inside of my car. The communication about when my car would be ready was good.

Everything was satisfactory, the car looks brand new, and everything was done and maintained pretty well. There was one hiccup, a piece was missing inside the hood, but they got it resolved quick. Overall the car looks great, definitely would recommend to someone else.

It was frustrating that I was told my car would be ready by Sept 11 and then it wasn’t. I realize that it was due to damage to shipped parts but it was still very frustrating.
