The staff working at this body shop did an AMAZING job. They were kind, courteous and open from the moment I walked in the door. They ensured that my car would be taken care of and they called the rental car facility to come and pick me up on drop off day. They made periodic calls to give me status updates as well as status updates through text messages. When I went to pick up my car, they ensured that my rental would be picked up without me having to take it back to the rental car facility. The work on my carââthey did a phenomenal job! It looks GREAT! They washed and detailed the inside and outside of my car and I couldnât be more pleased! I will be referring everyone I know to these guys!! Thank you so much! You all went above and beyond, which may be âcommon,â but all of it made me feel like I was your only customer! Thanks a million!

Beautiful job!!! Detail inside was awesome!! just like a new car again! Inside and out! everyone was courteous and helped put the wheelchair and car seat back in for me. I understand that this my truck came in with strange and perhaps dangerous circumstances. At first glance the truck seemed fine but as I got inside a number of wires were hanging above the rear view mirror . The rear sere was repaired then damaged again. It does not work. And last and least, my drivers side back seat will not fold down. Texas Body Shop were efficient , kind and even took $250 off of my deductible. All in all I like and trust Texas Body Shop. Itâs unfortunate that Progressive Insurance gave them so little to work with. Sincerely, Jon Bowers
