First, you answered all my questions and there were a lot. I was out of town on a work trip and was able to communicate through text which was much more convenient. Second, you explained the process and looked beyond the visible issues so everything could be repaired. The work was completed quickly and my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off! Bonus! Thank you so much.
