After receiving my vehicle from Texas Collision Centers, I was disturbed by the quality of work performed over the last 3 and a half weeks. My front fender appears to be separating from the vehicle. The repair to the left front mirror has visible repair marks that’s an eye soar compared to the untouched right mirror. The rear bumper also appears to be separating from the vehicle. When seen from behind by other motorists it calls into question who repaired the car. For a reported $9K repair job the quality of work appears to be subpar in nature and definitely has reduced the resale value of the vehicle by thousands of dollars.

This place is top-notch, and they truly went above and beyond. What really stood out was Robert, who managed my entire repair. From the very first conversation, Robert was an absolute rockstar. He took care of everything with incredible professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. He kept me fully in the loop every single step of the way; detailed updates on the progress, clear explanations of what was being done, and honest timelines. No radio silence, no surprises, just consistent, reassuring communication that made the whole process stress-free. I was seriously impressed with every aspect of the service. The work on my truck was flawless, the team was efficient and skilled, and to top it all off, they delivered my truck back earlier than promised—which almost never happens! The quality, attention to detail, and customer-first approach were outstanding. Robert made what could have been a frustrating ordeal into a genuinely positive experience. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and clearly passionate about taking care of his customers. I almost look forward to my next fender bender just so I can work with Robert again (though I hope I don’t need it anytime soon!).
