The attention to detail is most noteworthy. The body work was perfect! They also returned my custom valve stem covers, and they washed the car. Ricky J was responsive and patient. An all around excellent experience!

I appreciate the work they did with the hail damage but I was not satisfied with the condition of how I received my car. Once I got home I noticed that the fabric of the roof of the car had been left dirty. The side panels next to the windshield were also not placed correctly. One has a gap and the other sticks out. I picked up my car right before they closed so by the time I had noticed this, the collision center had closed.

My service advisor, Robert, was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless. From ensuring my transportation needs had been arranged before I dropped off my vehicle to daily updates on the status of the repairs. DAILY UPDATES! This collision center is not your typical body shop. It was immaculate. Every single employee was friendly, asked if I wanted any snacks or drinks or if I needed anything. I have never had such a wonderful experience getting my vehicle serviced or repaired. The irony is you have to pass a different auto repair company to get to Texas Collision Repair in Cedar Hill. In all honesty, I would pass every other repair facility to be able to use Texas Collision Repair again. I doubted all of the 5 star reviews but after my personal experience with them, I know they were genuine. Thank you to ALL of the employees, especially Robert for such a wonderful experience!!
