The texas collision center in Cedar Hill is a fantastic location with a great staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and informative. Robert was especially helpful and gave me a detail breakdown of what they repaired/replaced. The complimentary snacks/drinks are a great bonus too!

Our advisor Geraldine was great, very nice and customer focused. She kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. When we received our vehicle we were very pleased. It looked like when we first purchased the vehicle8 years ago. With the combination of front office, who is client focused and the quality of repair from your service technicians, this will be our go to place for all future repairs.

From arrival to departure all aspects of service were wonderful. Each staff member was very welcoming and professional. The public environment was spotless and includes a comfortable waiting area (not that I had to wait). Robert Austin provided a thorough estimate and explained in detail each line item. The office staff arranged for Enterprise to bring a rental to their location which arrived within a very short period of time. Robert provided multiple updates via personal phone calls throughout the process. In between the phone calls text updates were provided by the shop. The process was made crystal clear and nothing was left to question. In regards to the actual vehicle repair…. I could not ask for better. Actually they went above and far beyond in the repair. This place is the Chic Filet of auto repair in all aspects….polite, professional, highly efficient service. I highly recommend! R.
