Im not sure who "pat" is but this is Cameron with the blue 2023 Elantra. I did notice there is a piece missing on the front bumper, a plastic piece. I did let someone know as I was picking my car up and they did say they were going to call and ask if yall had removed parts off of my car and maybe forgot to put it back. Service was absolutely horrible. No communication, there was always an excuse on why the estimator couldn’t get back to me. I could only get through to the other location, and once transferred no answer and no call back. I kept getting the run around, just overall very unprofessional. I do not recommend and will not be coming back here.
