Hood needs to buffed per Mr.Rayos plus I noticed additional hail damage on drivers side back triangular window near the rear hatch. A supplement has been filed because apparently it wasn't filed initially. The supplement is currently being processed.

Service was poor. Everytime I called, they said it would be ready maybe the coming week. And, of course it wasn't true. In addition, I had to pay $109.00 out of my pocket. I told them I was taking my car since it was finished because it was not my obligation to pay. They said they could have me arrested if I took my car. I am a retired teacher and have never been a arrested. I walk with a cane and am disabled at the present. Mike was very rude! I am going to report this . You all need to hire professional people. I did not need for Mike to let me know he is gay.

I was told lies about when my car would be ready on various occasions. When I called, Mike had still not gotten to work. It took over two months of being told the parts were on their way, and it wasn't true!
