The woman we spoke to was always very kind and helpful. However, we were told the repair would take 2.5 weeks, and it took over 4 weeks. The shop did not communicate well with us about the delays.

Amazing and caring workers at this shop — we were very satisfied with both the service and the final results. Amanda was fantastic and consistently helpful every time we spoke. The only downside is the automated system that sends estimated pick-up dates. It isn’t updated or followed, which makes it unnecessary and ultimately creates confusion. Even when the team is doing great work, outdated or inaccurate automated texts can come off as unprofessional and make customers feel unsure. Aside from that, I would absolutely come back to this body shop and recommend it to others. Thank you guys again!
