After this experience not at all. I don’t get it. The shop was not even busy and I was a repeat customer. The attitude was that THEY were going above and beyond (hah) and that I should be grateful. They have absolutely no clue!

Was told it would only take a few days as a simple repair then proceeded to have excuse after excuse which of course always nothing in their control. Was treated less than appropriate and insulted by staff gaslighting me, (several) about dates and even flat out cold faced told to my face basically I’m lying! Then add insult to injury the repair did not look great and I asked about it but they got defensive and got even more unprofessional, asking it questioning whether I was good for my money and could pay for it? Then after I picked up the vehicle as I no longer wanted to engage in this madness my windshield wiper fluid was completely dry( one of the things they replaced but failed to follow up on) and then I opened my trunk and an old tire was thrown on top of all my belongings in disarray. I’m not sure what they did with my spare tire but it is missing and I’ve had enough of dealing with these unprofessional people who won’t take any accountability for their actions and try to act like the customer is crazy when confronted with any slight question as to their customer service.
