This is the second time I have used the Body Shop and I have been very happy with the quality of their work and the way I was tested by the staff. They are way better to work with than the large corporate body shops. They are very caring and give excellent customer service. They are my go to body shop!

Janelle was great about providing updates when I called for them. She's friendly and knowledgeable. However, I always had to be the one to initiatie the contact to get an update which is frustrating when my car was there for nearly three weeks and more than double the length of time I understood it to be.
