They went way above and beyond reasonable expectations for customer service. The owner picked me up at home, then drove me to a medical appointment and came back 45 minutes later to pick me up and return me home in the middle of his workday so I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment. Couldn’t have received such phenomenal customer service anywhere else. They have my business as long as they are in business.

Overall it was good, but I still don't understand why I was charged for the buffing to help the new door match the fender. It seems like that should have been part of the original estimate.
