Although it took a very long time to complete work it was not you fault. Chevrolet 2dt ordered the wrong parts, then it took an inordinate amount of time to get the right part. Throughout the process Shelby kept me apprized of the status. Also during Shelby's absence Colin stepped in and helped me.

Car was not fully repaired. The collision repair facility failed to reinstall the Factory paint protection film on the hood and door cup. I called this to their attention at pickup. Was told they would follow up and schedule. Nothing from them. I have called and left messages, no call back.

My experience with the person working on the vehicle was very good. My disappointment was with the timeframe given for the repair. I dropped the car off on the 9th and was told it should be complete by the 20th. I tried calling the shop multiple times on the 20th and 21st to get an update but no one answered. I left a message and did not get a return call. I was finally able to reach someone on the 23rd and they had it ready on the 24th.

I interacted with several members of their team, and they were all very nice, patient and helpful. They put care into their work and even went above and beyond in cleaning the exterior of the entire car after the repair to the bumper. Our car looks better than it has in a long time. Great experience.
