Everybody in the collision center around the service center was excellent. Michelle in the collision center was friendly, thoughtful, and clear. She helped guide me through the whole process and made it really easy. The gentleman in the service center was very kind and also helped me get the car serviced with our KDG care package.

My only gripe was I could never get a hold of anybody in the body department. And I asked him to fix the paint and it had some deep scratches apparently but it looks like they didn't do it at all

Beechmont Subaru made a stressful situation incredibly easy. After my accident, they kept me informed throughout the repair process. When my vehicle wasn’t quite ready before I left for vacation, they went above and beyond by arranging a replacement rental and letting me return it at my convenience after I got back. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth as possible. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend them.
