Yes there were some hiccups with communication, seat belts being improperly reinstalled and the visor not being reinstalled correctly but that was small stuff. This was a huge job and when it was done it looked showroom perfect. I've done bodywork, even worked at a car lot where body work was common and know a solid job when I see it. This was some amazing work. Actually some of the best I've seen. All that other stuff could be because they were rushed by the insurance company at the end while waiting for parts. Highly recommended.

Brad Wirtz was awesome. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Always took/returned my call. Was the liaison with the not-so-responsive insurance agent. Even took the car to Honda was he heard something that didn't sound right.

Not happy with communication, the truck was absolutely filthy when we got it back on the inside like it was vacuumed at all. There was so much dust
