We do give a lifetime warranty with our work for as long as the customer owns their vehicle. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process, including email and text messages. We are a direct repair facility for most insurance companies but will work with any.

Years ago I would have in a heartbeat! They still do good body work..but, the aggravation isn't hardly worth it.

The Body Shop is the only shop I have used in the last 40 yrs. The last 2 times I have used them have me thinking of using someone else if I need a body shop in the future..My biggest complaint is there lack of communication. If there is going to be a delay they need to let you know soon as they know. Not wait until you call them thinking you are going to pick up your car that day and no its 4 or 5 days later..I had already returned my rental car..so i had to go get a second rental car. And, their email update are bogus..Even, Anthony who works there told me not to pay any attention to them.
